Our shared responsibility is to ensure that everyone in our school communities is valued and respected regardless of gender identity, gender expression, and sexual orientation. The SCCOE is actively working to create more inclusive policies and practices that support uplift LGBTQ youth. We encourage students, staff, and community members to learn about one another, celebrate inclusiveness and diversity, and positively contribute to growth, success, and the safety of our Santa Clara County families.
