The Internal Business Services Department is comprised of the Budget Office, Accounting Services, Payroll Services,
and Risk Management/Insurance Services, and provides services in the areas of budget, attendance accounting, financial
accounting, payroll, and insurance. These services are provided to ensure that COE, state, and federal requirements are met,
and that the COE operates on a sound fiscal basis.
